In this 6 week group class, each week I'll cover a nutrition topic in depth, providing you all the knowledge you'll need to improve your health and wellness through nutrition. You'll also be given a "challenge" each week to help you incorporate your new found knowledge into your daily routines. Each challenge is designed to be fun, accessible, and attainable so that you can sustain the change long after the course is over.

The program includes:

  • A weekly, live 1 hour "webinar" where I'll present educational material and have time for Q&A. The webinar will be recorded so you can view later.

  • The weekly "challenge"/"homework"

  • Handouts that relate to the week's lecture and assignment

  • Access to a private Facebook group where we'll all be sharing our progress on the challenges.

Proteins and Shopping/Meal Planning
Sugar....Ahhh Honey, Honey
Food allergies/intolerance, aka “What’s up with gluten?”
Between the Sheets (actually meals, but I got your attention!): Hydration, Snacking, Alcohol, and Fasting
